Hello World,
my name is Carmen Spielmann, I am a strategist by mind and an entrepreneur by heart.
I empower startups and corporates with visionary thinking, strategic lucidity, a toolbox of tactics, and access to an unparalleled global network. My current work involves consulting in company building, business building, startups and digitization. Additionally, I hold board positions, advisory roles and startup investments.

The role of a leader is to create and cultivate an organization that can innovate, attract diverse talent, and foster effective communication. This organization should be able to question its current position and explore possible futures. My goal is to develop strategies that leverage the strengths of the company while meeting the needs of its customers.

To successfully transform existing businesses and establish new ones, it is imperative to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset. While consensus ideas may be suitable for execution, non-consensus ideas are necessary for disruptive innovation. The key to success lies in developing business initiatives that are viable, desirable, and feasible, and being adaptable enough to endure any challenges that may arise. As we move forward, let us trust the process and embrace the unknown.

As an experienced executive, I create strategies that combine a company's strengths with its customers' needs. I have expertise in bringing innovative and customer-centered ideas to life and identifying untapped opportunities for growth. I studied at Stanford, IMD and Hyper Island, giving me a vast network of connections in global startups, tech trends, technology companies, and investors. My hands-on approach and focus on a company's culture allow me to build a digital DNA.
